Record attendance as ICA holds Annual Congress in Dubai.

A record number of members from the International Colored Gemstone Association (ICA) and invited guests from the trade attended the ICA's 12th biennial Congress in Dubai as they sought to learn more about the emirate's business opportunities. The congress offered the usual networking opportunities as well as educational sessions, said Barbara Lipatapanlop, ICA executive director, saying it enabled leaders in the international industry to interact with local and regional players and share ideas to promote the growth of the colored gemstone industry.
A group of 12 Israeli gemstone dealers travelled to the Dubai congress. Amongst them was Yehuda Kassif, Managing Director of the Israel Precious Stones & Diamonds Exchange, who expressed a degree of dissatisfaction...
