The Cosmetics Industry Buyers and Suppliers (CIBS) Organization recently held its Lady's Day spring luncheon at the New York Hilton. During the event, members and guests enjoyed a cruise-themed afternoon, complete with nautical decorations, ice sculptures and musical and dance entertainment.
