Showcasing the fine art of fall … hair styles

* On May 18, Perez Salon and Spa hosted its first Evening of Art, which showcased 35 original paintings by local business owner Roger Perez, and fall fashion hair trends by the Perez Artistic Team. Held at the Perez Salon and Spa in Chevy Chase, MD, the Perez Artistic Team showcased cuts that were long and textured or short and blunt; rich block coloring techniques that created slight texture and depth, and styles that were very natural and wispy, classic and smooth. Stylists used a number of Redken products--Smooth Down Butter Treat, Urban Experiment Nylon Clay, Guts 10 volume spray foam, Spray Starch 15 heat memory styler, Outshine 01 anti-frizz polishing milk, Glass 01 smoothing serum and others--to create the fashionable looks for fall.
