* Novo Nordisk has appointed Alan C. Moses associate vice president of medical affairs in the United States. Moses comes to Novo Nordisk from the Joslin Diabetes Center and Joslin Clinic in Boston, where he was chief medical officer and senior vice president for the past five years. In his newly created position, Moses will head Novo Nordisk's medical affairs department and serve as a member of the company's clinical management team.
