A safer and technically superior solution for monitoring the analysis of highly toxic dioxins translated into higher sales for Yamato Scientific, a Tokyo based manufacturer of laboratory and testing facilities. The monitoring system, based on Windows based human machine interface (HMI) software, makes the need for on-site operators unnecessary. And a safer system has proved a more profitable one: Yamato Scientific credits the system's safety differentiation with a US$1M boost in revenue and access to new markets.
