Ecolab Inc., St. Paul, Minn, announced Nov. 10 that it was selling its Jackson MSC (JMSC) dishwashing machine unit to Enodis Corp. (formerly Welbilt), Tampa, Fla. Jackson is the second largest dishwashing machine manufacturer in the United States with sales of approximately $40 million, including sales to Ecolab.

As part of the sale agreement, Ecolab's GCS commercial kitchen equipment repair service will enhance its geographic and brand coverage of Enodis' kitchen equipment lines. The companies also entered into a long-term supply agreement under which Jackson will continue to supply dish machines to Ecolab.
