It's that time of year again to put on your most comfortable walking shoes and head to Chicago's McCormick Place to experience the National Restaurant Association's 82nd annual Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show, May 19 through 22. Themed as a "Global Summit & Exposition," this year's show is again offering a variety of educational programs, management clinics and presentations by industry celebrities and experts. More than 2,000 exhibitors represented in over 860 categories are expected to draw crowds of 85,000-plus from all 50 states and 100 countries.

For the second year in a row, the show will celebrate four different aspects of the restaurant industry and devote one day to each theme. On ,Saturday, "Careers and Education Day" will highlight educational programs...
