The Handwashing Leadership Forum[TM] is an alliance of advocates committed to lowering the risk of foodborne illness. Its roster includes major players in the foodservice equipment field, including Eagle Group.
What's the best way to motivate foodservice workers when it comes to handwashing? Jim Mann, the Forum's executive director explains, "While both handwashing frequency and handwashing quality are important, frequency is the more important factor. In order to achieve frequent handwashing, foodservice managers need to commit themselves to stations that are both locationally and ergonomically convenient."
