Longwater, WearGuard purchases E.T. Wright
ROCKLAND, Mass. - E.T. Wright president Joseph V. Marrocco disclosed last Friday that the sale of his company to Longwater Partners II and the WearGuard Corp., Norwell, Mass., had been finalized.
"Our union with Longwater Partners II represents an exciting new chapter in our company's history," Marrocco said in a prepared statement.
"Their progressive management style and proven expertise in niche marketing will most certainly lead E.T. Wright into the next 100 years and well beyond. We are proud to become part of a national company with such an outstanding reputation," he said.
