Skechers USA Inc's suit against R. Griggs Group Ltd, maker of the Dr. Marten shoe line, has become even more complex, with the introduction of new allegations. Skechers, whose Dr. Marten distribution contract was cancelled, originally charged Griggs with fraud, breach of contract and other misdeeds. Skechers has now charged a partner in Air Wair USA, which now distributes the Dr. Marten line, with interference and inducing breach of contract.
LOS ANGELES -- Skechers USA Inc. brought new allegations in its suit against Dr. Marten maker R. Griggs Group Ltd., thickening an already dense and complicated soup of accusations.
