ROYAL FLUSH: Royal Elastics is in the midst of airing its first-ever TV commercials, which will run on MTV, MTV2 and MTVU, the college version of MTV beamed to over 720 colleges nationwide. Why now? "It's our time," Jennifer Macfarland, director of PR, told MediaBank. The 15- and 30-second spots, which began a five-week run on April 7 and will run for another five weeks in August/September, are an extension of the current print campaign (pictured), running in magazines such as Maxim, Cosmopolitan, Lucky, Flaunt and Nylon.
