SHOES ON SALE 2K4: The 11th annual QVC Presents "FFANY Shoes On Sale" will take place Oct. 20 at New York's Hammerstein Ballroom. Neiman Marcus President and CEO Burt Tansky will receive the FFANY Humanitarian Award and there will be a tribute to FN's own Vivian Infantino, who passed away March 6. Super producer Ken Ehrlich will helm this year's event. Among other things, Ehrlich has produced 21 Grammy Award telecasts and created VH1's "Divas" series. "We're off and running," FFANY President Joe Moore told Insider. "This is the first time we've honored a retailer. Burt is a great guy and a great draw." Next up: Inking a host and entertainer.
