NEW YORK -- Jennifer Lopez's hottest debut this week may not be her new album, but her first footwear line.
A scan of fan posts on Lopez-related message boards last week told the tale. "Those shoes are hot. I can't wait to get a pair," gushed one eager fan. "I must have them," wrote another.
Marking the latest celebrity line to hit the market, the well-timed arrival of the JLo by Jennifer Lopez collection coincides with the release of the superstar's fifth album, "Rebirth," and comes just a few weeks after her much-publicized runway show that closed New York Fashion Week.
And it's just the kind of buzz a nascent designer would die for.
