NEW YORK - Jean-Michel Cazabat has found a partner to take him to the next level.
Tokyo-based Link Theory Holdings Company told Footwear News last Thursday it had acquired a majority stake in the designer's business.
"We believe there is tremendous opportunity to develop a synergy between Jean-Michel Cazabat and Theory Accessories," CEO Ricky Sasaki said in a statement. "His innovative vision is in keeping with our desire to continually evolve the marketplace and create the needs of the modern, intelligent consumer."
Cazabat was equally as enthusiastic about the deal.
