Harlem is the soul of New York, and Etu Evans is the sole man of Harlem. Since 2000, Evans has been making over-the-top, blinged-out, custom shoes for a high-profile clientele that includes Beyonc, Halle Berry and Lil' Kim. A self-proclaimed 'luxocrat,' Evans gives Uptown soulful new meaning.
