DANA POINT, Calif. - Speakers at the American Apparel & Footwear Association's Annual Executive Summit raised more questions than they answered about the future of the industry. They agreed, however, that businesses will have to alter their operating model and brand positioning if they are to survive in the global marketplace.

The event was held Feb. 28-March 2 at the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort.
