Robert Bosch GmbH (Stuttgart, Germany) announced plans Sept. 25 to integrate Mannesmann Rexroth AG (Lohr, Germany) and its companies into the Bosch group. Once antitrust approvals are granted, Bosch Rexroth AG, a Bosch subsidiary, will enter into a "company lease agreement" with Rexroth, which will transfer the business activities of Mannesmann Rexroth AG, including its affiliates, to the new company.
