Things are moving awfully fast at Interface, where a number of dramatic changes on the business, management and design fronts during the past year have combined to redefine and reinvigorate the company's position as a leader in the marketplace. First and foremost, perhaps, were the acquisition last summer of Bentley Mills and the acquisition currently in progress of Prince St. Technologies. At time of press, the Prince St. deal was nearing completion, and more details about the consolidation of the industry giants will follow shortly.
