RUFF RECEIVES WITT AWARD.(Brief Article)

Dr. Gary Ruff, executive vice president of technical services at Intermet Corporation, Troy, MI, received the 2001 Ray H. Witt Award May 15 at the Advanced Casting Research Center (ACRC) Spring meeting held at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, MA. The award is given annually by the ACRC of the Metal Processing Institute to an individual for leadership in the aluminum casting industry and for inspiring others to advance the industry through technical achievement.
