Littleston Foundry, Littleston, PA, has placed an order for an Automatic Mold Handler to serve its second new Disa molding machine. The new system, supplied by Summit Foundry Systems, a Fort Wayne, IN-based equipment and fabrication company, will accept molds as they are discharged from the Disa line and automatically index them through the pouring, cooling, and dump stations of the mold handler.

A new feeder bin belt conveyor and casting belt conveyor are included to feed prepared sand to the molding machine and to remove castings from the mold handler.
