Mackenzie Castings owner Dorothy Nerison sold the Arlington, WA, foundry to longtime employees Tony Cooper and Steve Greene. Cooper, previously the vice president of the foundry, is the new majority owner, and Greene is the operations and technical manager. Nerison took over the company in 1985 after the passing of her husband; Roy Mackenzie.
She became the first woman to serve on the American Foundry Society board.
