Daley has IQ in check

After spending the last eight out of ten years with Bridge (previously Dow Jones Markets Ltd.), James C. Daley joined the team at IQ Financial Systems (UK) Ltd. as president. "I had been with Dow Jones a long time," Daley says. "I saw that there was an opportunity at IQ, and I felt that I could contribute greatly."

IQ Financial Systems, a recent spin-off of Banker's Trust Corp., is a global provider of software and software services to financial institutions, including risk management and commercial lending systems.

Daley says that in a sense, he has been given an opportunity to build a business from scratch. "This," he says, "poses a challenge."
