LA PAZ -- Bolivian officials say foreigners are supporting protests by coca growers in the Chapare region and some suggest the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia guerrilla group (FARC) may be involved in recent violence against police and the military. Information Minister Manfredo Kempff and Defense Minister Jorge Zabala Ossio both have said there is evidence of FARC support.
