After 25 years of operating Beckman's Handcrafted Gift Show, show producer Industry Productions of America has closed its last handcrafted gift show.

Earlier this year, Industry Productions of America sold the Chicago edition of Beckman's Gift Show to Merchandise Mart Properties Inc., along with the rights to produce other handcrafted gift shows under the Beckman's name across the country exception of Los Angeles. At that time, Industry Productions of America intended to focus on the Los Angeles show as its sole market venue.

But now, Industry Productions of America -- headed by President Tracy Beckman and Vice President Sergio Ramos -- is retiring from trade show business altogether. The last edition of Beckman's in Los Angeles was held last month...
