An Alaska school superintendent asks a court to silence his arch-critic.
Bob Christal, the school superintendent for Anchorage, Alaska, must have been as mad as a Kodiak bear who's being attacked by a swarm of mosquitoes. A one-term member of the Anchorage School Board named Theresa Obermeyer had been badmouthing him for years, starting shortly after she lost her bid for re-election in 1994.
