> AGDATA Inc., Charlotte, N.C., and Carlson Marketing Group, Minneapolis, agree to leverage their combined experience to create a seamless way for the distribution channel to report retail and wholesale sales information. The companies are acquiring access to the data reporting systems used in the HARVEST PARTNERS[R] preferred customer program from BASE Beginning in 2004, retailers will be able to submit grower sales information either through the electronic methods already in place or through AGDATA's proprietary eTRAFX[SM] technology, which is currently used for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) wholesale sales and inventory reporting.
