Eric Brown, GM of KRVN, Lexington, NE, is named to the Nebraska Hall of Agriculture Achievement. In 2006, he was inducted into the Nebraska Broadcasters Association Hall of Fame.
He has been with KRVN since 1979. Under his leadership, the Nebraska Rural Radio Association has purchased KNEB in Scottsbluff in 1984 and KTIC in West Point in 1997.
In 2005 he helped originate the Rural Lifestyle Marketing, LLC, a group of radio stations covering 16 markets in the upper Midwest.
