Kevin W. Fallin's article on the new National Association of Realtors (NAR) headquarters ("National Association of Realtors Headquarters," May 2006) was most interesting and helpful. And, of course, the NAR is to be strongly commended for taking the bold step it did in seeking LEED Silver certification. However, the case analysis presented in the article demands two minor corrections.
