This is a curious book. It is about elections but not primarily about voters. It is published by a university press and has some findings that will be of interest to the scholarly community, yet its primary audience seems to be advanced undergraduates. It acknowledges that we know a great deal about Congressional elections but rarely cites other works (particularly those on Senate contests).
