Multimedia artist Hermann Nitsch showed his 'Six-Day-Play' in Aug 1998 at his castle in Prinzendorf, Austria. The gory and gruesome dramatic portrayals were accompanied by the minimalist and maximalist music of Terry Riley, Derek Bailey and the Los Angeles Free Society. This soundtrack was recorded on compact discs courtesy of Gary Todd's Organ of Corti label. As his previous four-disc recording 'Island: Eine Sinfonie in 10 Satzen,' highlighted his desire to reach beyond the language of music, his still unreleased recording of the 'Six-Day-Play' has fostered much curiosity.
