In a few weeks, hundreds of Atlanta-area girls who might otherwise have skipped their proms for lack of funds will be radiant in satin, tulle, and sequins. They've received gorgeous dresses (all for free!) from a philanthropic group called the Enchanted Closet. Helping organize the gown giveaways and providing a teen's point of view is the group's youth adviser, Kijonna Roe, 19.
