Flashback: It's 1999 and the U.S. telecom industry is at its zenith. No returns are too high. You sing "We're in the Money" while brushing your teeth each night.
Wouldn't it be great to go back and snatch some of those big returns again? You can, and you don't need a time machine. You just need to check out the telecom industry at home, which in many ways is like the U.S. industry of a couple of years ago.
