Merrill Lynch retook slots on First Call's quarterly ranking list, while Vik Grover of Kaufman Brothers hung in on the bottom half of the list. Merrill's Phua Young hit the list high, having been edged out of last quarter's ranking. Morgan Stanley representatives switched around, making room on the list for Margaret Berghausen and Rich Bilotti, while Salomon's Jack Gruber takes a pass.
