> NASH FINCH ELECTION: The board of directors of Nash Finch Co. has elected two directors--Sam Duncan, who serves as chairman, president and chief executive officer of OfficeMax Inc.; and U.S. Army Major General (Ret.) Hawthorne Proctor, who is managing partner of Proctor & Boone LLC Consulting as well as senior logistics consultant in the Department of Defense Business Group of Intelligent Decisions Inc.
