PeopleSoft to standardize enterprise apps on IBM WebSphere.(Views from the front)

At Connect 2004--PeopleSoft's user conference, held in September in San Francisco--the enterprise software vendor announced its Intent to standardize PeopleSoft applications on IBM's WebSphere middleware platform--as well as deliver new, pre-integrated industry solutions consisting of PeopleSoft applications, IBM middleware, third-party software, and services from both vendors.

The two companies also will establish the first business process interoperability lab.
