The "national arts education landscape" was the subject of a session at the 1993 convention of the National Assembly of Local Arts Agencies (NALAA). Robert Lynch, president and CEO of NALAA, began the session at an easel, drawing circles, triangles, squares, and some shapes that would not pass for geometry but might as art.
