Once upon a time (12 September 1995 to be exact), seventeen people representing the Columbus, Ohio, public schools, six of Columbus's major arts organizations, and Ohio State University's Advanced Computer Center for the Arts and Design (ACCAD) and College of the Arts met in a downtown restaurant.
