The Symposium on Arts Education in the Twentieth Century that AEPR published last year gave only two paragraphs of discussion--one in each of two articles--to the impact of technology on arts education policy. That is interesting in light of the fact that so many cultural thinkers have named technology as the force having the most impact on the past century.
