Responding to Paul Duncum.

When I was first notified that Paul Duncum had responded to my March/April article in AEPR, "Visual Culture Studies versus Art Education," I was elated. "Some real dialogue!" I thought. Duncum is a clever and greatly entertaining fellow, even when I don't agree with him. I am fond of relating how he really "got" me by telling me he knew Monica Lewinsky. I fell for his story absolutely, only to realize he knew a Monica Lewinsky.
