Leading animator joins APV Malaysia

Syed Hassan has joined Asia Pacific Videolab (APV) in Kuala Lumpur to lead its new 2D animation department. Hassan has vast experience in advertising graphics and design, children's book illustration, character design and animation. He was last supervising animator and partner in Singapore's Animata Productions, specialising in TV commercials. He was also animation director of Malaysia's first animated feature Silat Legenda, Singapore's first full length animated movie, Life of Buddha, and The Cage, which won a Special Jury Prize for animation ...
