Chennai-based Pentamedia's acquisition of US production house, Film Roman, is in jeopardy, and the American company is seeking legal redress for "breach of agreement". The deal, for which a stock purchase agreement and a MOU were signed in January and April respectively, involved Pentamedia acquiring a 49.9 per cent Film Roman stake for US$ 10 million.
