DSM debuts interactive input device for 3ds max and Maya.(DSM Computer NEMOTION)(Brief Article)(Product Announcement)

German DSM Computer introduced a product that gives digital animators interactive real-time control of parameters in 3D scenes. Called NEMOTION, the product combines an ergonomically designed user control panel with software plug-ins for 3ds max and Maya.

With NEMOTION, the animator adjusts the controls as the animation programme plays forward, just like a puppeteer, for intuitive and easy motion capture. The NEMOTION hardware is an extension of the 3D programme's user interface.
