East Asia Satellite Television, part of the media and entertainment arm of Hong Kong holding company eSun Holdings, has started work on a 1.5 million-square-feet production facility, East TV City, in Macau. The US$70-million production centre will house nine studios and have an annual production capacity of more than 6,500 hours.
