Last year, one of Japan's largest advertising agencies, Dentsu Inc, announced it would commission the world's first HDTV commercial with footage shot in a space station at an altitude of 400 kilometres. The result -- a commercial for Otsuka Pharmaceutical's Pocari Sweat, an isotonic beverage, which started airing in January 2002.
