Japanese on-line gaming giant Koei is looking beyond its shores for animation gaming and programming talent. Partnering with Singapore's Economic Development Board (EDB), Koei Co Ltd plans to groom and train animation gaming and programming talent from the city-state to augment its already prominent pool of 200 international staff.
