Thai Channel 7 takes stake in Matching Studio.(Thai Deals)(Bangkok Broadcasting and TV )(Brief Article)

Bangkok Broadcasting and TV (BBTV), operator of free-to-air station Channel 7, has taken a 27 per cent holding in production house Matching Studio at a cost of US$10.62 million.
The move is part of a trend of closer ties between broadcasters and production houses in Thailand, including Independent TV (ITV) with the Kantana Group and BEC World's links with GMM Grammy. RS Promotion also recently announced an alliance with the Thai Army's Channel 5.
