Mumbai-based UTV Software Communications will be issuing 5,999,950 equity shares of Rs10 (US$0.22) each through a 100 per cent book building process. The IPO, slated for later in the year, comprises a fresh issue of 3,000,000 equity shares and an offer for sale of 2,999,950 equity shares of Rs10 each.
