China's State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT) will allow the formation of joint venture TV and film funds, said SARFT deputy director general, Tian Jin, at the recent China Radio, Film and TV Development Symposium 5th Sino-international Cable TV Executive Management Conference in Beijing.
