Cisco Systems Inc and Macromedia Inc are to acquire strategic share interests in Mumbai-based mobile games publisher Indiagames, which is majority owned by Chinese wireless Internet company TOM Online. TOM Online stated that Cisco and Macromedia will pay a total of US$4 million for a combined stake of 18.2 per cent in Indiagames.
