India's tobacco ban effective from October.(news room)

India's Union Health and Information & Broadcasting (I&B) Ministries have reached an agreement on a film and TV smoking and tobacco ban after a short political argument over who was supposed to consult whom before announcing the ban as well as some loud protests from the media industry.
